2. Lifetime Guarantee & Correction: If a stone is misidentified (e.g., a spinel listed as sapphire), we'll refund 100% of its value - no questions asked!
3. Lighting & Color:
- Natural gemstones show different hues in different lighting conditions. We provide photos/videos under multiple angles and lighting to represent the color accurately.
- No compensation can be made if a stone shows different colors/hues under different lighting; this is the natural behavior of genuine gems!

- Delivery Estimates: Times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal services. We are not responsible for delays once the package has shipped.
- Lost Packages and Refunds: We are not liable for packages marked "Delivered” by the courier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

Full refunds for these orders are available exclusively for shipments to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Japan. For all other locations, our liability for packages confirmed lost during transit is limited to a maximum coverage of $100 USD.
About CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
1. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP):
- Shipping is made with DDP method, covering import duties and taxes when available.
- If DDP is not possible, you may need to pay these fees upon delivery. We will reimburse up to 20% of your total order value for such charges.
2. About RETURNS: All Sales Are Final
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry and the high logistical and customs costs of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (buyer's remorse), incorrect size caused by buyer, or non-faulty items.
3. Applicable Guarantees: Your purchase is still fully covered by our Lifetime Guarantee (for stone misidentification) and our Craftsmanship Guarantee (for manufacturing defects, transit damage, and initial stone loss) as outlined.
