How to Make a Custom Order?
Creating a custom piece with us is simple. If you have an idea in mind, or if you like one of our ready-made designs but want to personalize it, just send us a message on Instagram. We will discuss your idea and create a draft design, refining it together until it feels exactly right.
Step 1: Choose Your Stone
Browse our collection of rare and vibrant sapphires. Pick the one that resonates with your energy and vision. If you don’t see what you like, don’t hesitate to ask 😉 There are many stones I haven’t had a chance to upload.
Step 2: Design Your Piece
Share your idea, your vibe, and your preferred metals with us. We’ll bring your vision to life either as a 3D design, or if a handcrafted piece - empty setting. We’ll complete the final setting once you give your approval.
Our crafting process takes 7–10 days.
Step 3: Completion & Delivery
Once your piece is crafted, we ship it directly to you. Depending on your location, delivery takes 5–15 business days.
Important Notes.
1. Design Process: Each custom piece is created using either traditional hand-carving (when suitable) or CAD design for digital manufacturing, depending on the design and what best serves the final result.
2. Detail Limit.
Because of the nature of 3D casting, very fine carvings and intricate details may appear at around 80–90% of the original design. The overall form and character of the piece will remain, though some tiny details may appear slightly softer in the final result.
Craftsmanship Guarantee
A full refund of the craftsmanship amount will be provided if:
- the item is destroyed or irreparably damaged during transit
- the final ring size differs by more than 0.5 US size from the approved size
- the item is not functioning as intended (for example, a clasp that will not close)
- the product is made without your final CAD approval
- any accent or main stone is lost within 1 month of delivery
Note: Silver and gold are naturally soft metals, and settings may loosen over time, especially with daily wear. We recommend checking your piece regularly to ensure everything remains secure.
